If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return it within 30 days of receipt for a full refund. The item must be in its original condition and packaging. We do not cover the cost of return shipping.

If your package is lost or damaged during shipping, please contact us immediately so we can assist you in filing a claim with the shipping carrier.

If you’re not home, a new delivery will be performed the next day or the delivery partner will reach out to schedule a new delivery date depending on the country and delivery method you choose.
