Do Voltake accept return?

• Yes, we accept returns.

How can customer return their product?

• Customer must return product by mail

How will customers get the return label?

• For defective product. This happens when the product is incorrect, damaged by the carrier, or defective in another way, customer can download/print the return label.

• For customer remorse. This happens when the customer purchased the wrong product, it doesn’t fit, or they no longer want them, it is customer responsibility for the return label.

How many days do customers have to return the product?

• Customer must return the product within 30 days after received the product

What is the currency apply to this policy?

• All products in our store is in USD (US Dollar) and this policy apply to USD only.

Do we charge restocking fee?

• No, we don’t charge restocking fee.

How much will customer pay for return shipping?

• If the product is incorrect, damaged by the carrier, or defective in another way, it is our responsibility for the cost of the return.

What you required to do if you wish to return the product?

• First of all, you must contact our customer service at shop@voltake.net with your details (name, order number, picture of the item if applicable) and describe the issues you found in the product. If your request is accepted, we will email you the details for shipping label, return address and the cost (if applicable).
• Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Under what circumstances you offer returns and refunds?

• When the product is defective by us ( We cover the return cost )
• When customer change their mind or don’t want the item (Customer responsible for the shipping cost). Item must be in unused condition.  
•             ** This policy is not applicable when the damage is done by the recipient. **
